From the control centre, our alarm response and key holding team will contact you and confirm the cause of the alarm and if needed, we will contact the necessary authorities. Our alarm response service will ensure that you are always notified whenever the alarm goes off. We will ensure that our fleet of mobile patrol vehicles with our key holding officers will respond to your property as soon as possible when a potential problem has been detected.
24-Hour Control Centre
Oakwood Security Solutions only use the best technology available to support our alarm response and key holding service. Their performance is regularly monitored, and they will report back to our control room for welfare checks for total operator accountability.
Our alarm response service can be a cost-effective way in providing a deterrent against third part intrusion. We will use mobile patrol officers to operate the service to make sure that no damage is made to your property. If you decide to use our alarm response and key holding service, we will put up visible signs around your property indicating that the site is regularly visited with our emergency contact numbers on.
With our key holding service, we will collect a set of keys to the property and then keep them in our control room securely, the same room we used for our alarm response service. The control room can only be accessed by our SIA licensed officers and your keys will only be used when needed. When an alarm has been activated our mobile patrol security officers will be dispatched to your property to investigate the cause, if further security is needed then our key holding team will contact you or the emergency contact.
